Preserving the Season - August 27th

Join us for a hands-on 2-hour preserving class where you'll learn the timeless art of turning fresh seasonal fruit into delicious homemade preserves. You'll discover the fundamentals of safe water-bath canning, proper sterilization techniques, and the secrets to achieving the perfect set and flavour. Each guest will prepare and take home two 500 mL jars of fruit preserves along with a flavourful seasonal 500mL fruit relish to enjoy long after the class.
